The site was constructed as outlined in the E&S plan previously submitted. A portion of the access road required maintenance due to minimal erosion on the road. Spoke with Randy Morris of MDS concerning this matter and he stated that the site and access road will be evaluated to insure that all BMP's continue to function as intended and minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation.
