Noted water trucks onsite which were filling the above grade pit to prepare the site for well stimulation activities. Erosion controls implemented as outlined in the E&S plan. Noted that the well-site was located on the edge of a cultivated crop field (planted with corn this season). Operator should continue to monitor all site erosion controls until site restoration activities are completed

Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded, but due to snow cover the site was not evaluated for erosion issues.
