1856210 Primary Facility 2010-01-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed at the time of the inspection. Well was not equipped for production. Below grade pit located onsite, the contents appeared to be frozen, and there was more than two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no evidence of accelerated erosion & sedimentation with respect to the access road or well-site, however there was a significant snow located onsite. Observed that the filter fence sections had not been properly joined together.
1872352 Primary Facility 2010-03-26 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed at the time of the inspection. Above grade pit located onsite at the time of the inspection and residual evidence was noted indicating that the well had been stimulated. Above grade pit was also noted as being devoid of a substantial amount of fluids. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site at the time of the inspection. Operator should continue to monitor the erosion controls for their effectiveness and should undertake site restoration as soon as possible.

Brine tank located and appeared to be in sound condition. Vegetative cover had begun to grow, but did not as of yet meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria. Operator should continue to monitor the site & access road to insure all erosion controls continue to function properly and the 70% uniform coverage criteria is achieved.

Vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. It was noted that an apparent logging operator had been utilizing the access roads constructed for well development on the property.
