The Department recommends that the operator implement an additional erosion control (i.e. a rock lined ditch) to effectively and stabily convey this runoff and spring flow off the well pad. The Department requests that the operator forward documentation stating that this issue has been addressed no later than April 2, 2013. |

Utilization of below grade pit only possible during dry periods of year due to req. of pit bottom at least 20 in. above SHGWT. |
