Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Below grade pit located onsite and it contained minimal fluids and the drill cuttings. Pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site. The Department recommends that the operator finish regarding the site and seed and mulch with a winter cover seed or insure all erosion controls are adequate to withstand the upcoming fall and winter season until the spring growing season of 2011.
