2081139 Primary Facility 2012-07-05 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well was drilled and equipped for production. The well apparatus and pump jack located onsite appear to be in sound condition. The Department notes that the brine tank associated with this well is located approximately 300 feet offsite nearest the access road entrance. The Brine tank appeared to be in sound condition. The Department also notes that the site is restored and meets the 70% uniform vegetative coverage criteria.
2137400 Primary Facility 2013-02-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site was lightly snow-covered at time of inspection. Site was equipped for production with brine tank located near access road on opposite side of valley from well head, pump jack, and other production equipment. All equipment appeared to be in good condition. No leaks of production fluid were noted. Site appeared to have been restored with 70% vegetative cover. No off-site transport of sediment was evident.
