Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. E&S plan had been implemented as outlined and no accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site at the time of the inspection. Operator should continue to monitor erosion controls to insure they continue to function properly and for maintenance purposes.
1981754 Primary Facility 2011-06-20 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 07/19/10. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
