Inspection ID | Inspection Category | Inspection Date | Inspection Type | Inspection Result | Inspection Comments |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
1917972 | Primary Facility | 2010-10-05 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Drilling was ongoing at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. E&S controls for the access road and site had been implemented properly and was effectively minimizing accelerated erosion & sedimentation. Noted that the access road as it approaches the well pad required maintenance due to the ongoing precipitation. Met onsite with operator representative Harry Mills and he was onsite to address this specific issue. Noted that a broom and plow truck was located onsite as a precaution to address any mud which may be carried off-site by equipment. |
1950258 | Primary Facility | 2011-02-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site required final grading and seeding & mulching. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. Operator should continue to monitor the site and road erosion controls to insure their continued functionality until final restoration is completed. |
2064356 | Primary Facility | 2012-05-02 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Drilling was completed on 10/05/10. Well appared to be equipped for production.
