1917972 Primary Facility 2010-10-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was ongoing at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. E&S controls for the access road and site had been implemented properly and was effectively minimizing accelerated erosion & sedimentation. Noted that the access road as it approaches the well pad required maintenance due to the ongoing precipitation. Met onsite with operator representative Harry Mills and he was onsite to address this specific issue. Noted that a broom and plow truck was located onsite as a precaution to address any mud which may be carried off-site by equipment.
1950258 Primary Facility 2011-02-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site required final grading and seeding & mulching. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. Operator should continue to monitor the site and road erosion controls to insure their continued functionality until final restoration is completed.
2064356 Primary Facility 2012-05-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 10/05/10. Well appared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Site had been properly restored and the vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
