Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1913440 Primary Facility 2010-09-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Contacted E&S plan preparer Ms. Carnahan in relation to a few revision required in the E&S plan. Specifically the plan needed to be revised to show that a below grade pit would not be utilized due to the proximity to the stream and high seasonal groundwater table, that the drill cuttings would be land farmed or if neccesary hauled off-site to a landfill, and that the entire site and access road be rocked for stabilization due to the proximity to Route 66. The E&S plan with these revision should effectively minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation provided all erosion controls are implemented and maintained properly.
