Drill pit onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Noted that a portion of the silt fence had been overtopped by a small amount of sediment. In addition the silt fencing had not been staked properly at two of the joints of silt fencing sheets. Spoke with operator representative Doug Miller regarding these matters.
1957390 Primary Facility 2011-03-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Drill pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Silt fencing had been addressed as per the phone conversation with operator representative Doug Miller.
1981432 Primary Facility 2011-06-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Well appeared to be flowing back into the drill pit. Frac impoundment located onsite. Both impoundment and pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Operator should continue to monitor the pits and all erosion controls until well development and site restoration activities are completed.

Brine tanks located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been partially regraded. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation. The Department recommends the operator complete site regrading and seeding & mulching as soon as possible to take advantage of the 2012 growing season.

Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been properly restored, vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria and there was no observed erosion or sedimentation issues.

2828425 Primary Facility 2019-01-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 1/17/19 at 1043 hrs., I conducted a routine inspection of Snyder Brothers, Inc.'s Wolfe (Armclar) 17M-278 well (API 005-30737) in Mahoning Twp., Armstrong Co. The well pad is restored and permanently stabilized. The well is equipped for production. A site ID sign is present at the entrance to the well pad. A well tag is affixed to the well head. There are no violations noted for this inspection.
2831963 Primary Facility 2019-01-23 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was producing. The gas flow could be heard. The well integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills at the site. The annulus was being vented. Only some minor rust was noticed. There were two 100 bbl fiberglass tanks being used. The chart was changed on 12/31. The well was properly labeled and the Emergency Response sign was posted at the entrance to the lease.

There was also a conventional well near the tanks.
