Drill pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. E&S controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan. The operator should monitor the erosion controls until site reclamation activities are completed due to the steep area below the well pad and the steep access road leaving State Route 2063.
1950259 Primary Facility 2011-02-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed well was not equipped for production. Frac pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Operator should continue to monitor the road and site erosion controls to insure their continued functionality until final site restoration is completed.
2051697 Primary Facility 2012-03-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank lcoated onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been effectively restored and the vegetative cover appeared to meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in relation to the access road or well-site.
