Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2004170 Primary Facility 2011-09-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Well was being flared and was flowing back to the drill pit. Drill pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard and the operator should insure that the minimum freeboard is maintained while the well flows back. Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation with respect to the access road or well-site. The access road will require routine maintenance after the completion of well stimulation activities.
