No accelerated erosion noted on the well pad or access road. The E&S plan was on site and being implemented at the time of inspection. The Department notes that a wetland of unknown size is located adjacent to the access road. The Department request the Operator delineate the wetland and submit the delineation document to the Department no later than 04/27/2012. The Department request the Operator line with clean durable limestone the drainage ditch and outflow area to ensure sediment is not transported off-site.

2100953 Primary Facility 2012-09-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well appeared to dilled but not equipped for production. The site appears to be in sound condition. No observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the well pad or access road. All BMPs were installed properly and maintained as outlined in the E&S plan. The drill pit located onsite appeared to be in sound condition with the required 2 feet of freeboard. The Department suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation event to ensure the integrity of the site is maintained.
