2017935 Primary Facility 2011-11-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drill rig onsite and drilling was ongoing at the time of the inspection. Drill pit located onsite and it contained drill fluids and cuttings. Drill pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. E&S controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan located onsite. It was noted that the access road required rotuine maintenance and the the rock construction entrance needed restablished.
2019750 Primary Facility 2011-11-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed, well was not equipped for prodcution. Access road approach to the township road had been stabilized with clean durable rock. Site had not been regraded, drill pit located onsite. Drill pit contained drill cuttings and fluids and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. The Department recommends that the operator complete well development activities and implement temporary stabilization meausre to insure the minimization of accelerated erosion & sedimentation until the 2012 growing season begins and the site can be properly restored.
2154845 Primary Facility 2013-04-09 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 11/11/11. Well appeared to be equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in relation to the site or access road.
2813948 Primary Facility 2018-12-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well is tagged and in production. The well head casing, equipment and 50 bbl fiberglass fluid collection tank look ok.
