2086943 Primary Facility 2012-07-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department notes that the day before the inspection the site received a very significant precipitation event. At the time of inspection the site appeared to be in sound condition. No observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the well pad or access road leaving the site at the time of inspection. The site was temporary stabilized and all erosion and sedimentation BMP's were properly installed and maintained. The pit located onsite appeared to be sound condition and had the required 2 feet of freeboard. The Department suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation event to ensure the E&S controls are maintained.

Drilling had been completed but site was not equipped for production. E&S controls were implemented in accordance with the on-site E&S plan and appeared adequate.
