The drill pit located onsite appeared to be in sound condition with the required 2 feet of freeboard. The E&S plan was also onsite and all BMPs appeared to be in sound condition and installed per the approved plan. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in relation to the well pad or access road. The Department suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation event to ensure the site stability in maintained.

The Department recommends that the operator inspect the access road and its erosion controls for any necessary maintenance or repairs after the recent storm events.

E&S controls had been properly implmented and maintained. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in relation to the site or access road. Site had been seeded, mulched and the vegetation had begun to take hold. There were several areas on the fill slope where the seed has not yet germinated. The operator should monitor this area and if necessary re-seed and mulch.
2365829 Primary Facility 2015-04-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production, brine tanks located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.
2765081 Primary Facility 2018-08-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well is tagged and in production. The annulus is open. The well head casing, piping, production set equipment and two grounded 100 bbl fiberglass fluid collection tanks look ok.
