The well integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks. There was only some minor rust observed. The well was being injected with a foamer combo. The gauges on the well were reading 296 psi on the tubing and 392 psi on the production casing. There were 2 tanks within separate lined, steel dikes. The 2H and 3H fluids go to one and the 4H has its own tank. There was also a dual line heater for the 2H and 3H, with a separator hooked up and only a line heater for the 4H. The well was properly labeled and the Emergency Response sign was posted at the site access entrance.
