Site is Waivered to be built within 100ft of an EV stream and wetland. BMPs are in place, but need maintenance Field Drain discharges right above compost sock and water is beginning to pool and bypass sock. No well tag on well head. Spoke with Kevin McCrary, Issues will be addressed and follow-up will occur within two weeks.
1811600 Primary Facility 2009-07-07 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted Site was visited Bruce Jankuraand the following Spectra Energy/Steckman Ridge personel: Kevin McCrary, Brad Weigly and Keith Anderson. Stream has been stabilized with an erosion control blanket. Site should be restored by end of week. The topsoil will be redistributed and the site will be seeded and mulched. During the inspection the group discussed the placement of the Drain that was noted on the inspection dated 6/9/2009. This drain was installed to divert a seep of water, encountered during site constructed, away from the well bore. The water is following the pipe along the outside rather than inside and causing a depression about 1" deep to form along the pipe. The sediments that have run down the slope will be pulled back up and during the restoration, the water flow will be addressed by adding some gravel to the discharge area of the pipe which will allow the water to disperse more. Well tags are being worked on for this site.
