2850807 Primary Facility 2019-03-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 11:29; the weather was ~33°F, calm, and overcast. The gate was open when I arrived and a well tender and and construction crew onsite putting up a building for a compressor already onsite.

There were properly tagged Marcellus wells staged for production. A total of 3 cellars were onsite; no bubbling was observed. There were 2 GPUs, sand separators, and produced water tanks onsite. A compressor was also onsite but was not running.

Some areas around the pad were snow covered but the majority of the site was clear and appeared stable and well vegetated. A section of the stream bank at the culvert crossing along the access road showed signs of errosion (Photo #4). At the time of inspection no PCSM BMPs were noted.

It is recommended that, if the pad meets restoration criteria, PCSM has been addressed, the site has been permanently stabilized, and it is appropriate to do so, an NOT and well site restoration report be submitted for review as needed.

No violations wer
