In September 2015, you indicated that a restoration extension request would be submitted. To date no restoration extension request has been filed with the Department. In order to maintain compliance with the Department's regulations regarding site restorations ( Section 3216 of the 2012 Oil and Gas Act; and Title 25 Pa. Code Section 78a.65) a restoration extension request or application for a new drilling permit should be filed.
