The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist. Nobody was present for SWN.
The Department observed three wells in production phase during the inspection. All three wells were labeled appropriately. The well cellars were filled with gravel, and no bubbling was observed. A methanol tank was observed near the well heads and was placed inside a containment structure. Water within the containment was low in conductivity. Three GPUs and one production tank were also observed on site. The E&S plan, weekly inspection log and site sign were all on site and available for review. No erosion issues were observed. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for SWN.
The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The last inspection SWN conducted occurred on 3/13/2018. The site was snow covered so an accurate assessment of site stabilization could not be made. The well pad has not been reduced in size and PCSM has not been addressed at the site. Three wells were in production phase during the inspection. The wells were tagged and the well cellars were filled with gravel. Three GPUs, an injection water tank and one production tank were all in secondary containment. Puddles on the pad were frozen, so no conductivity readings were taken. No staining was observed on the pad surface. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
