Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2644837 Primary Facility 2017-09-26 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well could be producible, but not sure if it was at the time. Appears the well has 8 5/8", 7", and 4 1/2" casing with 2 3/8" tubing. Well is rusted up moderately, but there were no apparent signs of any leaks. There are also rods left in the well. The well is hooked up to a drip. There was also a steel tank off to the side of the location, but didn't look to be hooked up. The well is properly labeled. Based on production reports, well is hooked up for house gas, but was temporarily not producing in 2016.
