Valves were all open and there was 13 psi on a gauge. There was a regulator hooked up as well. A pump jack was also onsite that had a sheen on the rods. It was hooked up to electricity. Well integrity was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills at the site. There was a steel tank close to the well. The well did not have a label. Production has never been reported to the Department. |
