2756138 Primary Facility 2018-07-24 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was being pumped. The pump jack was hooked up to electric. A separator tank was being used and there were 4 steel tanks within a large earthen dike. The dike had fluid with oil residue and should be cleaned out at some point. The oil at the base of the well should be cleaned up as well. The well record has 843' of 4 1/2" within 6 1/4" casing. The well produces from the 4th Sand. Production is not being reported to the Department. Please start doing so using the DEP's Greenport website.
2781994 Primary Facility 2018-08-27 Routine/Partial Inspection Viol(s) Noted & Immediately Corrected On site for a routine partial inspection.

Site consists of one drilled well in production. Well is currently pumping. There are four (4) tanks on site, all within diking. There is an oil/water separator on site.

The production tank currently being filled has a quarter sized hole in the side. The hole is leaking brine, which is running off site.

Departmental staff met with operator. Operator stated that a new poly tank has been ordered and is expected to be placed within the week. Departmental staff requested the well be shut-in until the new tank is placed and then the well can resume operation.

2781999 Primary Facility 2018-10-01 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted On site for a followup inspection.

Operator has placed a new poly tank and removed the existing tank with the leaking side. New earthen diking has been built around the new tank.

The well is back in production and currently being pumped.
