2654158 Primary Facility 2017-10-24 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, pump jack for the well was pumping. It was set up to turn on automatically. Well integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills at the site. Any corrosion was superficial. When this well was drilled, a 5,000 mcf/d gas zone was hit at 2040'. This changed the storage field boundaries to include this well in the Hughes Storage field. The well has a separator, pump jack, and 2 tanks. The tanks were within an earthen dike. The larger tank was used for oil and the smaller for brine. There was also a meter hooked up to the well. Well was properly labeled. Annulus for surface casing was closed.
