At the time of inspection, well appeared to be producing. All valves were open. Annulus for casing is closed. Well has 2 separators, pump jack, and 2 tanks. The tanks are within an earthen dike. The larger tank is labeled for oil and the smaller is for brine. Well is properly labeled.

Annulus for casing is closed. Well has 2 separators, line heater, pump jack, and 2 tanks. Chart was changed on 9/27. The tanks are within an earthen dike. The larger 150 bbl tank is labeled for oil and the smaller 100 bbl tank is for brine. Well is properly labeled.
