2662198 Primary Facility 2017-11-09 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was shut in. Well integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills at the site. There was some minor rust, but it was only superficial. The well was hooked up to a meter and separator. There was also a 100 bbl fiberglass tank onsite. When checking production, McIntire was the last operator to submit and the well was sold to the landowner. The label on the well remains with the former operator. There were some recent tire tracks to the well.
