2687359 Primary Facility 2018-01-18 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was producing. Well integrity appeared to be in good condition with no signs of any leaks or spills. Corrosion was light, but not a threat to integrity. There was a drip and two 100 bbl tanks at the location. There was a gauge reading 30 psi hooked on to the well also. A separator and line heater were in a steel building, as well as a meter with chart. Inside of the chart house was a SDS sheet for antifreeze and an Emergency Response Plan. The well was properly labeled and the ER sign was posted.

A homeowner reported smelling gas in the vicinity, but no gas was detected at the well.

2692953 Primary Facility 2018-02-08 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, I met with well tender to inspect well. Pressure on the well was around 150 psi. The well tender stated that the well produces off the backside. Operator believes they were fraced in to a few years ago and tubing is sanded off. The gauge read at last inspection was not production pressure. The well integrity was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills. Any corrosion is superficial (paint chipping and minor rust). There are also 2 fiberglass tanks within an earthen dike. The Emergency Response sign is posted at the lease entrance and the well is properly labeled.
