DEP reviewed a map of the surrounding gathering line. The line is approximately 3 miles long till it reaches the PNG Main lateral line. They are working on the section where two wells were plugged several years ago (1950s) and trying to determine if any leakage may be from these plug well laterals lines which connect into this trunk line. This section is approximately 7300 feet away from the Manges Well. At the well site, the well head has approximately 2000 psi of pressure and is in good condition. All plumbing from the well head to the brine tanks have been repaired. Any extra equipment at the site has been removed. Well is currently shut in. |
