There are no apparent E&S issues at this time. Site ID sign and well plugging notification are present. Dept. recommends adding durable rock to the access road leading to the well to reduce the amount of mud. Brine tank appears to be sound.
2232205 Primary Facility 2013-10-29 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Well was constructed of 57 ft. of 9 5/8”, 838 ft. of 7” and 3369 ft. of 4 ½”. TOC is 680 ft. 2 ft. blockage on top of 4 ½” pipe. PDC logged TD to 3352 ft. PDC milled through 2 blockages at 526 ft. and 2113 ft. Currently, milling through 3rd blockage at 26 03 ft. At this depth, it is 674 ft. above the lowest perforation zone at 3268 to 3272 feet.
