WRAC report was submitted on 8/3/06. Well head consisted of 8¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ reducer to 2¿ production line with 3 shut off valves. Well is not producing. Production equipment consisted of separator (0 psi), 100 bbl brine tank (< 10 bbl fluid), and dual phase data logger (0 psi/0 psi). Last inspected on 8/11/09. At the time of inspection, no E&S issues and no IW issues.
1843135 Primary Facility 2009-11-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was properly tagged, but not in production. The well appeared connected for production. Observe the dump regulator was disassembled, specifically the manual push valve. Brine tank appeared in sound condition and relatively empty. The area was uniformly and adequately restored. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site or access road.
2106000 Primary Facility 2012-10-05 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, no E&S issues and no IW issues. Lance Cassidy was present at the site. North East set cement plugs at 3680' 3490', 3400' -3100, and 2600’- 2150' an d pulled tubing. A cement plug was set at 1350' to 1050' and pulled remaining 4 ½” pipe. The well was bailed dry and remaining well was filled with pea gravel.. A marker was going to be set with weld on permit # and vent.
