WRAC was submitted and approved on 10/06/08. Well tag information present at the site. Well head completed with 8¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ and reduced to 2¿ production line. Production equipment consisted of separator (150 psi), data logger (250 psi/150 psi), and 100 bbl brine tank (< 20 bbl fluid). No E&S issues and no IW issues during inspection surrounding the production well. No signs of gas leak at the well head and lines.
1918427 Primary Facility 2010-10-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted During this inspection, well drilled and in production and properly tagged. According to records well completed on 07/16/08. Site adequately and permanently restored/stabilized with rock and vegetation. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted in relation to well site or access road. Brine tank appears sound, but noted duct tape around flange valve. In order to prevent a possible pollution event recommend that operator permanently repair valve to ensure structural integrity is adequate.
