Brush/grub and filter fence installed surrounding pad. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted with site. One unlined below grade pit located onsite. Operator plans to encapsulation cuttings. SHGwT >60in. Access road adequately rocked. Recommend operator continue to monitor/maintain all bmp's & roadway conditions to ensure mud is not tracked onto township roadway.

No to little mud located on paved highway at entrance way. Pit covered with 20 mil plastic. Filter fence present on the down gradient side of site. Spud called on 3/16/11. Drilling started on 3/17/11. Conductor pipe installed to 40 ft. (20¿) pipe. No mine shaft located at projected depths (331¿ and 371¿). Whipstock (Chris) set 1st stringer (13 3/8¿) pipe to 421 ft. Appalachian onsite and cementing pipe and used 350 sks of class A and additional 65 sks of supertropic. No freeboard issues. Plug down at 12:15 hrs.

Well spud for 3/17/2011, well currently drilled not yet equipped for production. Access road adequately rocked. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues with access road or well site. Pits have been removed, cuttings were encapsulated onsite. Site has not yet been seeded or mulched, but site appears to be re-graded to approximate original contours. Temporary BMP¿s installed and functioning according to plan, although recommend that filter fence be installed below brush grub filter. No violations noted during this inspection.
