2769819 Primary Facility 2018-08-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On August 28th I set out to search for this conventional well with "Active" status. A plugging certificate is on file for this permit number, and makes reference to a 2' high plugged well monument. The well is plotted in GIS mapping near two clearings. I searched both clearings, which were somewhat overgrown in certain areas, and could not find the well. I also searched the forested area where the well is plotted in GIS mapping. A historical aerial image from 1971 shows only the first clearing where the well is likely located. I plan to return during winter months when vegetation is down to find this well, confirm plugging and adequacy of plugging. Photos attached.
