The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is well vegetated. Please note numerous evergreen trees were observed in close proximity of the production equipment. The Department recommends that the operator monitor the trees and remove any trees if necessary. No signs of E&S issues were observed. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number and the label is starting to peel off. Furthermore, the brine tank is disconnected from all other production equipment. The Department recommends removing the brine tank if it is no longer needed for production. The separator is labeled with the well permit number as well. According to Department records, the incorrect well permit number (027-20757) is displayed on the production tanks.
