2843316 Primary Facility 2019-02-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Alliance Petroleum Corporation's conventional well (027-20997) on February 22, 2019. The area surrounding the production equipment appears to be restored and is snow covered. The site appears stable. No signs of E&S issues. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number. Chart recorder is dated 01/31/19. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, and axillary piping. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter during the inspection. No combustible gases or methane were detected.
