Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1299164 Primary Facility 2004-01-09 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2823364 Primary Facility 2019-01-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Alliance Petroleum Corporation's conventional well (027-21188) on January 8, 2019. The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number. The brine tank is ~3/4 of the way full. The Department recommends having the brine removed from the tank and having it properly disposed or treated. Chart recorder is dated 01/02/19. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, and axillary piping. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter during the inspection. While no combustible gases or methane were detected a hissing noise was observed coming from axillary piping near the oil separator. The Department recommends looking into this situation.

No violations noted.
