2852285 | Primary Facility | 2019-03-12 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Alliance Petroleum Corporation's conventional well (027-21361) on March 12, 2019. The area surrounding the production equipment appears to be restored and is partially snow covered. No signs of E&S issues. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number. Chart recorder is dated 03/01/19. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, and axillary piping. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter during the inspection. No combustible gases or methane were detected.
No violations noted. |
