Observed gas bubbling in the cellar at the rate of 10-15 bubbles/min during pumping water out of the cellar with using vacuum truck. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus or in the area immediately surrounding the well. 2705846 Primary Facility 2018-03-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at EXCO Resources LLC Litke 1 Pad on March 9, 2018.

The site sign, drilling permits, weekly E&S log, PPC plan, emergency response plan (ERP), and work description of the pad and impoundments were found onsite. Please note that the PPC plan and ERP are dated June 2013 and February 2014 respectively. The Department recommends that the operator update both plans and place a copy onsite.

There are 3 drilled and producing Marcellus wells located on the pad. All well cellars are full of frozen water and each well is properly labeled. There are (3) 400 bbl produced fluids tanks stationed in secondary containment on this pad. Water within containment was frozen. No signs of leaks from the containment were observed. Each tank was labeled.

Part of the well pad has been partially restored. In addition, both impoundments have been fully restored. No E&S issues were observed.

2714639 Primary Facility 2018-04-04 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 38 Deg. F, cloudy and windy at time of inspection. Follow up inspection of EXCO Resources PA LLC., Litke P-1 Pad, Well # 16H on April 4, 2018. There are 3 producing wells on this pad.

Was not able to use MSA Altair 5X gas meter due to strong wind at the time of inspection. Did not observe gas bubbling in the cellar at time of inspection. 2741694 Primary Facility 2018-06-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at EXCO Resources LLC Litke 1 Pad on June 13, 2018.

2746358 Primary Facility 2018-06-27 Routine/Complete Inspection Violation(s) Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted an incident inspection at Exco Resources Litke Pad 1 on June 27, 2018 with Barry Graham of Exco.

On the morning of June 26, 2018 at approximately 0820 a tanker truck was onsite removing water from the 14H 400 bbl produced fluids tank. While the tanker truck was dewatering from the 14H produced fluids tank, the level sensor ball within the truck tank malfunctioned, resulting in produced fluids overflowing from a 4" overflow hose located on the truck tank. Produced fluids spilled on the well pad via the overflow line for a few minutes before the truck driver was aware of the spill and could shut off the flow valve. While the truck driver was removing production water from the 14H produced fluids tank, the lease operator was simultaneously discharging water from within the produced fluids containment onto the gravel pad where the spill occurred. Several barrels of containment water had been released prior and during the spill. According to Mr. Graham, containment

2841907 Primary Facility 2019-02-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 32 Deg. F and sunny at the time of inspection. Routine inspection of EXCO Resources PA LLC., Litke P-1 Pad, well # 14H on February 19, 2019.

This well is active and producing. Annulus vents are not visible, covered by snow. Production tubing pressure is 184 PSI, casing pressure is 202 PSI. 0% combustible gas was detected in the area immediately surrounding the well. Production processing equipment includes ¿ 4 production water tanks, 3 gas processing units; measurement equipment - orifice meter stations. No violations are noted at time of inspection. 2853286 Primary Facility 2019-03-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at EXCO Resources (PA) LLC Litke Pad 1 on March 13, 2019. No one was onsite during the inspection.

There are 3 drilled and producing Marcellus wells located on the pad. All well cellars are full of gravel. There are (3) 400 bbl produced fluids tanks stationed in secondary containment on this pad. Water within he secondary containment was frozen. No signs of leaks from the secondary containment were observed. Each tank was properly labeled.

Part of the well pad has been partially restored. The restored portion of the well pad and areas surrounding it have reached 70% vegetative cover. In addition, two (3.16 MG) impoundments have been fully restored and exceed 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. No E&S issues were observed.
