Routine inspection of EXCO Resources PA LLC., Confer P-32 Pad, Well # 223H on February 21, 2018. There are 2 producing wells and 3 granted regulatory inactive status on this pad.

This well is inactive and shut in. Annulus vent is open and vented. 100% LEL and 60% combustible gas was detected at the 9-5/8" x 5-1/2" annulus vent. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection. Wellsite looks neat and well organized. Regulatory inactive status expires on June 9, 2019. EXCO Resources, LLC. 2705896 Primary Facility 2018-03-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at EXCO Resources LLC Confer Pad 32 on March 9, 2018. No one was onsite during my inspection.

The site sign, ESCGP, Emergency Response Plan, PPC Plan, and weekly E&S inspection log were onsite and available for review.

The pad and surrounding areas were snow covered. PCSMs have been installed at the well pad and along the access road.

There are a total of 5 Marcellus wells spud on this well pad. Wells 027-21609 and 027-21610 are currently producing. The other three wells (027-21595, 027-21608, and 027-21611)are in regulatory inactive status. All wells are properly tagged. There are 2 GPUs and and 2 produced fluids tanks stationed onsite. Produced fluids tanks are stationed in secondary containment and are properly labeled. Water in produced fluids containment was frozen.

2822649 Primary Facility 2019-01-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at EXCO Resources LLC Confer Pad 32 on January 4, 2019. No one was onsite during my inspection.

The site sign, ESCGP, Emergency Response Plan, PPC Plan, and weekly E&S inspection log were onsite and available for review.

PCSMs have been installed at the well pad and along the access road. A 70% uniform vegetative status has been achieved. I recommend removing the fabric liner of the compost sock and submitting a notice of termination (weather permitting). No E&S issues were observed.

There are a total of 5 Marcellus wells spud on this well pad. Wells 027-21609 and 027-21610 are currently producing. The other three wells (027-21595, 027-21608, and 027-21611) are in regulatory inactive status. All wells are properly tagged. There is one dual GPU and 2 (400) bbl. produced fluids tanks stationed onsite. Produced fluids tanks are stationed in secondary containment and are properly labeled. Water in produced fluids containment was frozen.
