Annular vent is open and vented at the time of inspection. Digital pressure gauge on the top of the production xmas tree reads 219 PSI, casing pressure gauge reads 270 psi. 100% LEL and 82% combustible gas was detected at the 5-1/2" x 2-3/8" annulus vent. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection. Wellsite looks neat and well organized. EXCO Resources, LLC. Representative ¿ Sam Unch, Production Operator. 2705863 Primary Facility 2018-03-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at EXCO Resources LLC Litke 4 Pad on March 9, 2018.

The site sign, drilling permits, weekly E&S log, PPC plan, emergency response plan (ERP), and work description of the pad and impoundments were found onsite. Please note that the PPC plan and ERP are dated June 2013 and February 2014 respectively. The Department recommends that the operator update both plans and place a copy onsite.

There are 4 drilled and producing Marcellus wells located on the pad. All well cellars are full of gravel and each well is properly labeled. There are two series of produced fluids tanks stationed in secondary containment on this pad (photo 5). Water within containment was frozen. No signs of leaks from the containment were observed. Each tank was labeled.

Part of the well pad has been partially restored. In addition, both impoundments have been fully restored. No E&S issues were observed.

2741726 Primary Facility 2018-06-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at EXCO Resources LLC Litke 4 Pad on June 13, 2018.

Conductivity readings in this containment were 298 uS/cm. In addition, there are (3) 200 bbl produced fluids tanks stationed in secondary containment. Conductivity in this containment was 427 uS/cm. No signs of leaks from either containment were observed. Each tank was properly labeled.

Part of the well pad has been partially restored. In addition, both impoundments have been fully restored. No E&S issues

2852694 Primary Facility 2019-03-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at EXCO Resources PA LLC Litke Pad 4 on March 12, 2019.

There are 4 drilled and producing Marcellus wells located on the pad. All well cellars are full of gravel and/or snow. There are (2) 400 bbl produced fluids tanks stationed in secondary containment. In addition, there are (3) 200 bbl produced fluids tanks stationed in a separate secondary containment. Frozen water was observed in both sets of produced fluids secondary containment. No signs of leaks from either containment were observed. Each produced fluids tank was labeled.

Part of the well pad has been partially restored. In addition, both impoundments (2 & 3 MG) have been fully restored and are well vegetated. No E&S issues were observed. The well pad and surrounding areas are partially snow covered.
