There is 1 producing wells on this pad. Annulus is closed and not vented at time of inspection. Digital gauge on the production tubing reads pressure - 63 PSI, gauge on the annulus reads 268 PSI. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus or in the area immediately surrounding the well. 2705477 Primary Facility 2018-02-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 70 Deg. F, cloudy and windy at time of inspection. Routine inspection of EXCO Resources PA LLC., Litke Pad, Well # 1HA on February 21, 2018. There is 1 producing wells on this pad.

This well is active and producing gas. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus or in the area immediately surrounding the well. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection. Wellsite looks neat and well organized. EXCO Resources, LLC. Representative ¿ Sam Unch, Production Operator. DEP Representative - Ulyana Trynovich, Oil and Gas Inspector.

2705797 Primary Facility 2018-03-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at EXCO Resources COP TRACT 706 Pad 8 on March 8, 2018. No one was onsite during the time of my inspection.

The site sign, E&S plans, PPC plan, emergency response plan, and E&S log were onsite for review.

The pad was originally designed to have more then one Marcellus wells drilled on it. Only one well has been drilled and is active (027-21637). The well head is properly tagged and well cellar is full of gravel. There is one GPU and one produced fluids tank located onsite. The produced fluids tank is station in secondary containment. Water within containment was frozen. No signs of leaks were observed with this containment. The produced fluids tank was properly labeled.

The original well pad has been reduced in size. The pad and surrounding areas were snow covered. No PSCMs have been installed.

2841666 Primary Facility 2019-02-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 32 Deg. F and sunny at the time of inspection. Routine inspection of EXCO Resources PA LLC., COP Tract 706 Pad 8, well # 48H on February 19, 2019.

This well is active and producing. Annulus vent is not visible, covered by snow. Production tubing pressure is 53 PSI, casing pressure is 268 PSI. 0% combustible gas was detected in the area immediately surrounding the well. Production processing equipment includes ¿ 1 production water tank, 1 gas processing unit; measurement equipment - orifice meter station. No violations are noted at time of inspection. 2851825 Primary Facility 2019-03-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at EXCO Resources COP TRACT 706 Pad 8 on March 12, 2019. No one was onsite during the time of my inspection.

The well pad was originally designed to have 5 Marcellus wells drilled on it. Only one well has been drilled and is active (027-21637). The well head is properly tagged and well cellar is full of gravel and snow. There is one GPU and one produced fluids tank located onsite. The produced fluids tank is station in secondary containment. Water within containment was frozen. No signs of leaks were observed with this containment. The produced fluids tank was properly labeled.

The original well pad has been reduced in size. The pad and surrounding areas were snow covered. Two rock lined ditches remain in place along the W and SE toe of slope. These ditches lead to sediment trap 1 located in SW corner. Dormant cattails were observed within the sediment trap.

No violations noted.
