2764882 | Primary Facility | 2018-08-17 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, Penn Mechanical was onsite working the location. The site had containment laid out, but had to be pulled back because more stone was needed. Plugging activities have not started taking place. The workers onsite believed that would take place on Monday. Hydrocarbon had a service rig laid down on the edge of location. The well had a proper label displayed. |
2768338 | Primary Facility | 2018-08-27 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, there was no activity at the site. Hydrcarbon Well Service rig 9 was setup over the well. A 100 bbl steel tank was brought onsite for water. Well has been getting cleaned out so a half-round was brought onsite for residual waste. All of the equipment has containment under it. |
2771155 | Primary Facility | 2018-09-04 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, there was no activity at the site. Depth was down to 1703' last Friday when they shut down for Labor Day weekend. They are circulating on gel to get returns, but string keeps sticking per Co. man. Due to this being a gas migration area, it is still highly recommended to keep trying. |
2771157 | Primary Facility | 2018-09-05 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, Hydrocarbon was onsite cleaning out well. Progress is being made, but it is very slow. They can average about 14' an hour, but they are cutting a small hole through a larger bridge plug. So the outside edges eventually give way and cave in. This then needs cleaned out. Today they have been between 1713' and 1746'. Process is taking a lot of water and still losing some circulation. TD is 2493'. |
2774676 | Primary Facility | 2018-09-11 | Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, no activity was occurring. Some equipment has been removed from the site. It appears that the open top tank has been pumped down and only had a small amount of waste. Attainable bottom as at 1620'. Plan was to cement a solid plug in 2 stages. The 1st would be from Attainable bottom to just below the 3" casing seat at 1144'. Then pull the 3" out and plug from there to surface. The 3" may need logged to locate the packer if it doesn't pull. In that case, pipe will be perforated below the packer and cut above it and pulled.
A cement plug was set this morning that only made it to 1577'. Operator will build off of this. |
2775439 | Primary Facility | 2018-09-14 | Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, Hydrocarbon was onsite. Top of cement from previous days cement was tagged at 866'. 20 sxs cement were added following that. A copy of the bond log was given to me. Plugging operator will be back out on Monday to tag cement again, then attempt to pull the surface casing. |
2778520 | Primary Facility | 2018-09-19 | Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, Hydrocarbon was onsite and had just finished cementing. The 7" casing was bond logged after it was not able to be pulled and found to be set to 490'. A copy of the log was received. 20 perfs were shot at 460' to squeeze cement. I preferred to not shoot above this point in order to preserve "good pipe" above which would protect fresh ground water better. 225 sxs total cement was used and well was cemented to surface. An above ground monument was placed with the API number on it. Plugging operator will wait until tomorrow snd see if cement top drops then rig down. |
2784547 | Primary Facility | 2018-10-04 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | This site located south off Forest Drive in a wooded area. This well plugged-completed 9/19/2018.
No violations observed. |
