2768304 Primary Facility 2018-08-22 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was equipped for production. The valves are open for gas production. Well integrity was in good condition. The well was rusty, but it isn't causing any issues. A pump jack was hooked up, but it didn't appear that it had been run in quite some time. The rods were dry and no sheen was noticed. There was a label on the well. The well was hooked up to a separator, a 100 bbl fiberglass tank, and a chart was being used which was last changed on 7/31. It appeared that house gas was also being supplied due to a regulator and house meter being used. Production was reported in 2017 as 102 mcf for 72 days.
