There were no gauges available on the well. The annuli was open to atmosphere. The well was properly labeled and the Emergency Response sign and permit sign were posted at the entrance to the lease. There were 2 large tanks and a smaller tank all contained within a lined, steel dike. There was also 2 line heater / separator units onsite. A gas buster was hooked up for any excess gas build-up within the tanks.

Upon review of information submitted and an inspection of the well, the Department has determined that the well meets the requirements of 3214(a)(1) and 3214(a)(2).
