Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2717921 Primary Facility 2018-04-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Alliance Petroleum Corporation's (APC) conventional well (033-23902) on April 6, 2018 with Denny Fennel and Ed Houser of APC.

Mr. Fennel contacted me on the previous day regarding concerns with a unknown logging operation going on near conventional wells 033-22390 and 033-23902.

During my inspection I observed loggers skidding timber in the middle of the access road leading to conventional well 033-23902. I spoke with logger Mike Esposti. Mr. Esposti is a logger for Lee Brothers. According to Mr. Esposti, after they are finished logging, they will repair any damaged roads and reseed/mulch where needed. Area around conventional well 033-22390 is being used as a landing.

After leaving the site I called Fred Berry of the Clearfield County Conservation District. Mr. Berry will be conducting a follow up inspection at the site(s).
