2588838 Primary Facility 2017-05-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection on 4/25/2017 of the Hipps #8 well, a conventional gas well. Well ID/Permit tag is affixed to flowline off the well. The well is equipped with a typical production fluids separator with a level actuated dump line, line drip, and an orifice meter run with strip chart recorder. Separator dump line, line drip blowdown, and the well blowdown line are plumbed into a common 2" buried steel line and riser into the top of a 100 bbl. poly produced fluids tank. Fluids tank spotted on a gravel pad base, and appears to be roughly 1/4 full. Tank drain line is valved shut with a threaded plug installed in the drain outlet. No dead or stressed vegetation observed and the tank appears to be sound and intact. Well location is surrounded by active hay and crop fields, and shows a heavy perennial grass cover. Landowner has stockpiled some piles of tannery bio-solids on the location for land application to crop and hay fields.
2746111 Primary Facility 2018-06-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 80 Deg. F and cloudy at time of inspection. Routine inspection of Kriebel Wells Dissolution Co. LLC., Hipps Pad Well # 8 on June 20, 2018.

There is 1 producing well on this pad. Production processing equipment includes separator, in-line drips and production water tank. Production line pressure is 110 PSI, casing pressure gauge reads 110 PSI. Annulus (7¿ x 4-1/2¿) is open and vented. 100% LEL and 21% combustible gas was detected at the annulus.
