2818364 Primary Facility 2018-12-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Devonian Resources Inc. conventional well (033-26516) on December 21, 2018. The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored and is being actively farmed. Restored site is well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. Chart recorder is labeled with the operators contact information and well permit number. Please note the incorrect well permit number is currently labeled on it. The Department recommends addressing this issue. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, and/or axillary piping. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter during the inspection. No combustible gases were detected.
