2797370 Primary Facility 2018-10-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Devonian Resources Inc. conventional well (033-26542) on October 26, 2018. The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is well vegetated and surrounded by a farm field. No signs of E&S issues. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number. Please note the incorrect permit number is labeled on this brine tank. The Department recommends addressing this issue. I observed a small spill of < 5 gallons of reddish-brown in color fluids that appeared to over top the brine tank and drip down the side of the tank onto the nearby ground (see photos). The Department recommends addressing this small spill. No date was observed on the chart recorder. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, and axillary piping. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter du
