-Met with Tool Pusher and toured rig floor. -Drilling contractor, Peterson Rig #251 currently drilling at 10,187' in Marcellus, circulating hole clean. -Derrick, substructure and BOP appear sound. -Site sign and E & S plan were on site. -E&S BMPs were in place and working adequately. -Steel mud tanks clean, ground space to reserve pit is covered with liner. -Reserve pits met regulatory standards, liner w/ padding, freeboard at 8﾿. -Jim Fuller w/ CO was onsite w/ 2 interns to collect pit samples.

-Moving out rig in process. -Met onsite with Mr. Mike Unrein, Asst. Area Manager, Patterson UTI Drilling -Inspected reported anti-freeze spill area near center of drill pad, 50 gallons -Mr. U indicated it was environmentally safe ﾿Red﾿ antifreeze. -Found small area of rock stained (~ 15 feet in diameter) -No detectable odor, (took )pic -3rd party clean up company contacted to remove soil, take soil samples for testing and dispose of soil. -Spill caused by winch cable breaking while loading generator pack on truck. -Gen-pack fell and 4﾿ antifreeze pipe broke (took pic). Leak stopped & repaired quickly.
